We all strive to be healthy. We try to make healthier choices for ourselves and our family. We watch what we eat and routinely exercise, but we can always be doing more to get fit in our life. While running errands around town, I realized I needed new running shoes. The pair I was wearing was really wearing out. I just did not realize how bad these shoes had actually gotten until I put on my new pair of running shoes, the Mizuno Wave Rider 21. Now, I can hit the ground running with Mizuno.

It’s easy to hit the ground running with Mizuno. Simply lace up and go about your day. You’ll wonder why you waited to get the Mizuno Wave Rider 21 running shoes? The Mizuno Wave Rider 21 is very comfortable and offers great support and stability which is great for running the pavement, marathons, the gym, or errands around town.

My favorite features of the Mizuno Wave Rider 21 are their superior feel and comfortability. They are light-weight enough that it feels like I’m not wearing shoes. Yet, they’re stable enough while performing, which means that whether you’re running a marathon, walking around town, or at the gym, the Wave Rider 21 has you covered.

The breathable mesh outer material and intercool ventilation system reduces the heat and humidity build-up we get while running, keeping your feet cool and comfortable every step of the way. I love that my feet can breathe and not get too hot.

If you have a medium to high arch the Wave Rider 21is a neutral running shoe and with its DynaMotion fit, it moves seamlessly with your foot. They’re the perfect fit for your feet and enable you to hit the ground running with Mizuno.

Next time I won’t wait so long to get new running shoes. Of course, I already know what shoes I will be buying, just in a different color, the Mizuno Wave Rider 21 is my new favorite running shoe.

I actually do not have a pair of running shoes! I only have one pair of sketchers step ups, but I hardly wear them. These ones seem very nice, and I love the look! Thanks for sharing.

I have a pair of gym shoes. I don’t know if they are running shoes or not. I needed a good pair of shoes for support and to keep my feet dry, because I am a Diabetic.
I never heard of this particular brand before. If the shoes take care of my needs then I really don’t care about the brand name. Thank you for sharing!
